This community is not worth it. If you do not have your own laundry don't come. They only have 2 washers and dryers in the laundry room. You can't access the mail room after 5pm. Maintenance don't k own what they are doing. They don't clean air vents. There are wires and metal that will trip you while walking the community. People don't pick up their dog poop. And the excuses they give are ridiculous.

So I was looking for an apartment and i found this apartment on apartment.com and fell for the space and i did my application and everything was okay.I was told the monthly price which was high but i could still manage to afford it .They sent me my welcome package with the same price on it.No deals no move in discounts like every other apartment does and i still didn't complain.I moved in oct16 i still had to pay for the remaining 2 weeks in october because they insisted no move in special and i... agreed i paid the agreed rate on my welcome package for the remaining 2weeks in october using money order and i got my keys no one told me about increase or changes in rent due.Fast forward to november they increased my rent by $48 like 2 weeks moving in and they still insisted i have to pay a balance for the initial 2 weeks i spent also for the new increased rate.My mistake was a week before move in i signed the lease trusting it was going to be the same price on the welcome package as agreed on but unfortunately for me they already added the 48$ on it but i didnt notice until it was time to pay rent for november .I have tried every possible thing for them to rectify it but nobody is willing to help in the management.The only response i receive is somebody will call me back even though i showed them the agreed price on the welcome package.Yoselyn is not even returning my emails and she was the one that sent the welcome email and the initial rent rate.14 month lease at that !This is totally wrong considering how high the initial rent and adding 48$ for 14 months.This is my personal hell with them so be aware if you seek to move in. When I moved in great but after 6 months they decided to install the prison lights that shines through blackout curtains. For over 2 weeks we had no hot water and only after so many calls they decided to open up vacant units to shower during business hours only, SMH. I called back in June about my patio windows leaking when it rains, well guess what they still leak and have yet to be fixed after asking multiple times. Water in bathroom sink smells like raw sewage and most of the time no hot... water on top of having to let it run for 20 minutes or longer just to get warm. The allocated water bill is a joke when you must run water that long to get warm. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with apartments. Try for yourself but dint say I didn’t warn you. Not as nice as it seems, apartments does not look like these pictures! They do not fix things and do not care about your safety. There is no parking no gym no nothing much nicer apts in this area for cheaper

Do not. I repeat do NOT move here. The crime rate is so high. My motorcycle was stolen. My car has been broken into twice. And a little old 80 year old lady in a wheel chair was murdered in broad daylight last night right outside my apartment door. In a matter of one year! I can only imagine what the other residents have experienced. The staff doesn’t care about tenant safety at all. I see drug addicts wandering the parking lots like zombies during the day when everyone is away at work. Move... here at your own risk. Read More
