Absolutely love the community. I’ve been here for about 5 months and everything has been great so far. It’s a safe community and well protected with the fob system on all entrances. Building management is always quick to respond to any concerns and maintenance is speedy to fix any problems in the apartments.
They always host events for residents to socialize which I like(anywhere from movie nights to brunches). It really is a great place to stay in Allen and I always feel safe coming home.

Maintenance is very poor, so many things are either broken or not working making it feels like this is a 10-20 year old building when its new

Alta at the Farm is a new age community with amenities that really set them apart from all others. This community has so much to offer from the expectational kitchens and large walk-in closets to the workout center, and the grounds that would dazzle anyone looking for their next home.
