lived here for a few months now and at first it was great! now i see roaches and mice even !!!! nobody takes care of the property!!!!!!!! the manager simply doesn’t care. and out water and even electricity gets shut off randomly!!

Super nice and Professional!
i went in for a tour and met Mckienzee and she was very nice and helpful! I also met the maintenance lady, janna and she answered all my questions and was very helpful as well!

Two Sides of the street
One building is full of families with their children, lets just say don't plan on going to bed early, its quite noisy. The other building is quite the opposite. Everybody is friendly and quite for the most part. The owners are working on updating everything on the property, and has potential.

Upgrading
Pro: Nice neighbors, families with kids, good school district, pets are allowed, accommodating, upgrading, on site maintenance, pool available at West building, easy access to Highway and restaurants, on site laundry facility.
Cons: Upgrading units so rent is always increasing, been waiting for repairs for months, stairs are outside and get slippery when raining (fell down them once), pool at the east building nonworking, no washer/dryer hookups and two broken washers in utility room.
