Unsafe area with no security. Packages are stolen all of the time. Not worth the “good price”.

Manager is insincere and uncooperative

There is no manager/ maintenance/ office on site. It takes up to 7 days for maintenance to even reach out. There is NOT ENOUGH PARKING!!! I can not stress this enough. You only get ONE spot per house hold, Unless you pay for spot or garage. Even then you only get one or the other. Not a great thing if you have more than one car per house hold. There is never any parking and you end up having to park on the side of the street where you will get a ticket (has already happened to multiple people).... The neighborhood is loud and you always hear racing down the streets. Its only been a year and both gate doors have been ripped off. The buildings were done in a hurry and you can see that in the details. Paint is rubbing off and even two air vents in my place are hanging on. My living room fan hasn't even worked since i moved in and no one will get back to me on it.Been here a year and have been unable to use the fan.
