This apartment complex is horrible. The neighbors smoke pot and it comes in through your AC vents. Our vehicle was stolen once and 2 more attempts after that in a 5 month period. The gates rarely work. The "security guard" even stated the crime in the complex has increased since October. If you bring any of these issues up to management they tell you it is not happening. Really! They will just keep telling you over and over that they are a low crime area and send you a link to statics.

Lived here for the past two years. It’s been comfortable as feels like home. Management friendly, maintenance quick and efficient. Have had no problems living here.

This is my first apartment and I honestly have no complaints, maintenance is timely and the front desk is helpful. Applying was easy and it’s a very quiet area. It’s clean as well.

Very nice leasing office. I moved from out of state and they walked me through just about everything to get me started. They took the time to make sure i understood everything. When i got here and met them they were just as friendly. Even answered questions about shopping and helping me find things easily around me. I've lived here almost 5 years It's a quiet and comfortable apartment complex to live in. It is an older community so things will need to be repaired as they come up. When something does happen, they try to rectify it immediately. The grounds are consistently kept clean and neat. The office staff which consist of Jamie, Rosie, Jessica, and Jasmine are always friendly and helpful (especially since I have a mobility issues). I also want to thank the maintenance staff for their hard work.
