Your apartment will be 80 in the summer and all they will say is that they cannot fix it. My water hasn’t not been heating up in days. The office will not answer the phone or attempt to contact you back. I have put in numerous maintenance orders for them to fix my ac and yet I have seen NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. only thing good about the apartments is the price of rent!

My husband and I lived here for nearly 3 years. Things were great until the new management company took over. It started to feel extraordinarily unsafe.

New management took over and this place has been run to the ground. They will tow your car without warning, stick your packages received at the office outside for anyone to grab, extremely hostile when you bring up the need for their owners information. Don't move here.

The apartments are livable but the management makes it unbearable. I signed my lease and moved in this month. Below is my experience with management and the apartment complex in general. To begin my leasing process was in complete disarray and was a headache to see come to fruition. My leasing agent and the manager have made this process into a huge mess to the point where I cannot get a hold of them. Similarly, my dwelling was in no way representative of what was advertised on the website or... what was discussed with my leasing agent. Unlike the website and the apartments I had visited in the complex, my dwelling was not renovated at all (it looks like something from the 90s); something I was not aware of before signing the lease. There have also been several safety concerns that have also just come to light. In the first week of me moving in my car was broken into. Similarly, another resident had informed me about a shooting that had taken place prior to my move-in date, something I was not told after discussing safety with my leasing agent.
