This is a 2 bedroom duplex unit with one bathroom and carport. It has a... large yard with a great patio plus a very rustic storage shed, cement floors throughout (except tile in the bathroom), washer/dryer included, stainless appliances, gas stove/oven, central air/heat, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and closets for your stuff.
You have pets? That's GREAT! WE LOVE IT! Pets are obviously cool, but with requisite fees and deposits ($200 one-time pet fee no matter how many pets, and then a $200 deposit per pet, maximum of three pets in total).
Management takes care of the yard, but tenant takes care of all utilities (electric, gas, water, and waste all add up to around $275 per month for everything, give or take $20).
One month's rent is the deposit amount. One year lease is preferred, but we are open to shorter term leases with slightly different terms if that is required.
Response time on minor repair issues is usually pretty quick, if and when necessary.
