Garage entering and leaving is dangerous as it is narrow and cars can collide as residents speed around the corners. There is a spot in the hallways near the dog walk turf area that is always full of water after it rains. Flex pay was... introduced and taken away the next month.

I love living at the Alexan Garza Ranch! It’s affordable, offers great amenities, and has a fantastic pool. The free garage parking is a huge plus, and the staff is excellent—always friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great place to live!
