"We absolutely love living here. After moving from an apartment with very thin walls, having our own space in this townhome has been a game changer. The location feels like we're living in the countryside, with stunning sunrises and sunsets. Having our own yard for our dog is wonderful, and the surrounding area offers so many trails and open spaces for her to run around. The property is well-maintained, and having 24/7 access to the clubhouse is a huge perk—perfect for coffee runs or late-night... hot chocolate dates. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic as well."

Great New Community
Great move to this new community, great gyms; pools and office staff very friendly ( Florencia and AJ) very welcoming. Moved from Indy to Austin and easy process getting through application process and leasing. I would suggest to anybody who wants A nice space to look into this community.

Great community (brand new!), professionalism with management/staff, attention to detail, convenience to work if you work at Samsung, and amenities are awesome! Best experience in living in a smart apartment and management/staff are awesome in responding quickly to any issues I may have!

The staff at Alta wildhorse is amazing! They really care about their residents and excel at providing us with an easy move in experience. Any issues I’ve had they were on top of and punctual. The community is spacious, the amenities are plentiful, and the apartments are very well designed. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to move to Austin to check out Alr’s wildhorse ranch and see for yourself!
