Was nice unti they switched management. New Management upped rent by more than $500, constantly broken gate for cars, power will go out for hours with no response, and the floors in the hallway/elevators are constantly dirty.
If you're looking for modern apartments, I would look elsewhere. The gym is tiny with one treadmill and one old bike. The pool will often have homeless people sleeping next to it because the security is so poor. No amenities besides storage which you have to pay for.
