I really love the location and the staff here—they’re friendly, helpful, and make living here a great experience. Being so close to Lady Bird Lake is a huge plus, especially for walking, running, or just enjoying the outdoors. The convenience of this location is unbeatable, with easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops, and everything downtown Austin has to offer.

That said, there are some major downsides. The elevator is constantly out of order, which is a huge inconvenience, especially... if you live on a higher floor or are carrying groceries. It seems like every time it gets fixed, it breaks again shortly after. Another big issue is the smell—there’s a persistent stench of dog poop throughout the building and common areas, which makes it feel a lot less clean and well-maintained than it should be.
