I have been here for a few years and the pool has been out of service for most if not all of the summers I have been here. The 2 exits are closed, so it builds traffic up front and cost extra time to travel, dependent on traffic on Howard. It takes multiple calls, emails, and personal visits to get things done by maintenance. Every month I have to call with the same issues. The gym is not functional or available outside office hours. The apartment is quiet in itself as much is not heard through... the walls. Rent is affordable as a single mom with 2 kids.

Wrong availability/ unprofessional staff
Do not trust the availability it is wrong and they dont update anything from their website. Highly commercialized as you can tell from talking to them. Unprofessional staff that do not care about individual attention to clients.
