It's nice and safe here and close to a lot of walking locations. Good walking trails. The roof top is has a really great view of downtown. I just hope there rent can go down a little bit.

I have really enjoyed my time living here. Very helpful staff, clean place, and nice neighbors. The neighborhood is great with an HEB close by and plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance.
