Hey don't move here, it's way way too expensive for what they're offering and the service they provide? Every sidewalk looks like the outside of a really bad gas station, and you'll never have decent internet again bc they weren't honest and upfront about it

An ode to Chevy Chase
Extremely poor communication skills of Mgmt, Rarely answer questions in emails. You'll need to pester these people for responses. Two different occurrences of our lease or monthly rent charges being incorrect (pet on lease being omitted, and fee for “No Renter Insurance” when our coverage hadn't lapsed). Both were several email, several day fights to correct. Tends to forget important things, like when you finally turn in the keys for the apartment, In person, in office. Then they call you a... week later after the lease expired to ask where the keys are? Property Owner hot potato, we've had three separate companies in four years in charge. Good luck on getting responses on Maintenance requests
Trapped between 183 and 35 access roads, poor walkability. Sketchy gas stations and sports bars around. Loud freeway noise, Aggressive drivers within complex. Get ready to hear street racing, squealing tires, sirens every single day. Worsening domestic disturbances and a vehicular homicide two years ago- Mgmt doesn't publicly address or try to ease concerns. We find out details instead from KXAN the next morning. Advertised as “Gated” community, gate has been non functional 2+ years, and didn't work well before this. No clear layout or signage to assist delivery drivers with navigation
Parking is horribly inadequate, even with currently a dozen vacancies. Getting a spot by your apartment after 7pm? No chance. Overflow parking by Mailboxes is about a dozen spots for entire complex. MGMT is trying to sell reserved spaces for 25 a month, has only worsened the issue. People didn't bite for several months after first advertised, but once the first few suckers went for it, it's ballooned out of control.
Built in 1970s, some age showing in units. AC and Heating are power hungry, “Auto” function only constant blasts HOT or COLD instead of maintaining a temp. Flickering lights, appliances sometimes chug, questionable breaker box shows last inspection was 1988. Water has been constant issue. We've had at least 5 outages that we had to submit maintenance requests for in last two years. Water outage in Jan 2024 affected multiple buildings for several days- NO COMMUNICATION from office during or after, water pressure has never fully recovered. “”High Speed Internet Access”” was Grande, had random full day outages. We ended up using cheaper mobile provider
