The rates are fair for the location and the staff are usually walking around cleaning. Sarahbeth is always very nice when you go into office.

Overall, this is an above average apartment complex. It’s in a great location, with a nice & long pool, and with friendly & professional staff. However, there is definitely room for improvements. The hallway floors are not as clean as they should be, and the elevators are not air conditioned, so they probably get up to like 80 or 85 degrees inside during the summer. Also, if you’re on the top floor you might end up having loud A/C units on your roof (like me).
