My favorite aspect about living at Mesa Verde is the amenities and the location. Everything that we need is so close by and so convenient, plus downtown is still so easily accessible. The new pickleball court has been popular recently as I always see people using it, and I personally enjoy using the Echelon mirror in the Yoga Room which lets me change up my standard workout routine. We love it here, and our dogs love it here.

Amenities are nice, the complex is beautiful and there’s a lot of fun events monthly.
Neighbors are not so nice though: they’re noisy, non polite, don’t respect parking rules and there’s some that try to take advantage of the food given on the community events.
The rental price increases in such a scale that it makes more sense for you just to move out.

I recently renewed my lease, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Living at Mesa Verde has been an amazing experience. The community is welcoming, and everyone here is so kind and friendly.
One of the things I love most is how involved and thoughtful the office staff is—they always go above and beyond to create a sense of community. They plan amazing activities and events, making it easy to meet neighbors and enjoy fun experiences right at home.
The property is well-maintained, and any... concerns are handled promptly and professionally. It truly feels like home, and I’m so grateful to be part of such a great community. If you’re looking for a place that offers both comfort and a vibrant atmosphere, this is the place to be!
