Really good management. Apartments are in a good location. Appliances are a bit outdated, even for the "remodeled" units. Countertops for the "remodeled" units are just painted over, not real stone. Parking is awful. There are too many garages that take up a lot of space that could be used for regular or carport parking. Couldn't find any reserved parking spaces near my unit so finding parking after coming home from work is kind of a free for all. They have really good internet options, you can... get set up with at&t fiber which was kind of a convincing point for me. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Plus, there are a lot of shopping/eating options all around which is really nice.

We have lived at RNB for almost 14 years now and have very few complaints. Community is great and there is a good amount of things to do and see close by.

This apartment complex is a wonderful place to live! The neighbors are friendly, creating a welcoming and positive community. The environment is peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal space to relax and feel at home. Lease Manager Carla is incredibly helpful and always responds promptly to any inquiries or concerns. The maintenance team is also excellent, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
