The units are old and dated. They only make repairs on occasion, and you have to follow up repeatedly. Their lack of landscaping damaged my car in the winter storm with tree branches causing damage to several resident vehicles. The roof needed repairs and we heard the raccoons moving around inside the roof upstairs. The wiring caused my space heater chord to nearly catch fire. The valet waste services regularly missed pickups, leaving us stuck with trash in our house for several days. SoNA has recently changed management companies to RPM Living and my recent move in experience with them has been very poor. Here is a list of how I received the apartment and the management has said that they "professionally cleaned" and walked through the apartment.
