I have lived in several apartment complexes since moving to Austin in 1993. This one has the best floor plan for a one bedroom unit. The complex is the best maintained of all of them. No matter what I need to have taken care, it is done quickly and efficiently by qualified maintenance people. There are extra perks for people to save for opening a business or to buy a house. And all of this for people on a limited income. Three cheers for Foundations Communities.

Clean safe apartments- Check Leasing staff that make you feel like family- Check Quick and attentive maintenance staff - Check Cooking classes, Yoga classes, Zumba classes, money management classes and help with your taxes all on site and with childcare - Check, Check and double check!
I can't imagine living anywhere else. The grounds are well maintained, the apartments are spacious, the views are remarkable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem that they... have not worked diligently to solve. I love it here !
