Personally, I think this place is not so far from disgusting. It is poorly built and maintained. The price for an apartment at this community is too inflated for that matter. Residents, not all, deserve much more for what they're paying for.

If you choose to anyway, be prepared to be disappointed.

I lived here from 2017-2019 and we had a roach infestation for the entire two years. We fogged, put roach traps and put multiple work orders for pest control but the entire building was infested. So it did not matter if we took care of our own apartment the roaches would still come back.

The gates to the apartment were broken and never fixed for the entire time I stayed at this complex.

This is by far the worst apartment complex in Austin. From management to the staff the environment the people living here and the apartment itself is the worst. It took them 2 months to repair my place after it flooded because they hadn't cleaned the drains and they hadn't repaired a crack in my wall. The manager blamed mother nature and we got no discount or temp place to stay. They use the lease as they see fit to screw you over and charge you extra.
