3 years here

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one. I lived at the district for about 3 YEARS in the same unit, which attests to the fact that I loved living here.
Here's what you get:
The apartments are modern and clean with friendly tenants, and the units support Google Fiber. Maintenance has always been very responsive and quick to address the few issues that popped up.

DJ and Richie, the leasing managers (and Juan in maintenance) are fantastic and have always been pleasure to work with or...
even to have a chat with. During the Texas winter storm of 2021, they continued to be responsive and kept us posted.

The gym has strength training machines, a cable machine, and free weights (and not just an endless row of cardio machines in some "fitness centers")

Location location location: need groceries? Walk to the HEB down the street. Need to return packages? Walk to the UPS in the mall next door. Want to visit Soco for some food or just to hang out? Walk/Scoot/Bike or drive to soco in a couple of minutes. Need to go on a trail to relax? Go to the Blunn Creek Nature preserve a block to the east. Work downtown? it's a short drive/801 bus ride away (you can bike all the way to the Capitol)

If I didn't have to move out of Austin, I would've continued living here.

After an OK experience living there, management completely ruined it after our lease ended.

Management screwed us over after we left. We were chared over $400 if unnecessary fees for damages that weren't real. The biggest lie was claiming that we had pet urine stains int he carpet. This is NOT TRUE, yet they took is an opportunity to completely replace the carpet costing us over $200. Despite the fact that we did extensive cleaning in the apartment, we were charged a hefty cleaning fee which again, was simply them taking advantage of the situation. We tried reasoning with them, asked... for proof of these damages, and argued that we did everything we were told to do, management's response was rude and condescending. Although the apartment itself is nice, I can't in good faith recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We feel like they saw took advantage of us to update the apartment and I wouldn't be surprised if this happens to other tenants after they leave.

Absolutely amazing!

I even at this location with my husband and son for about a year and I have no complaints! The apartment is about a 5-10min drive, depending on traffic, from downtown and all its glory. This has been a great first home for my growing family.

No complaints!

Nice building, convenient to soco, 35, Hwy 71, plenty of resident events.

Not one maintenance ticket since I moved in! Response from the office is always timely if not immediate.

New materials, not one of the many "newly renovated"

Very satisifed.
