Staff could be friendlier and have better customer service. The amenities for example the gym are often out of order and we cannot even use them yet we are being charged a monthly amenity fee. Numerous apartments in this neighborhood also offer more competitive prices than TMAP.

The apartment complex looks very clean and safe.

We stayed here for 6-7 months. We like the amenities and walking trails. Gym facilities are very good. Very convenient for taking train to go to downtown.

Only problem is the light in entryway from outside next to my apartment is still flickering and keeps me awake. I was told over 2 years ago that it would be fixed, just waiting for the correct bulbs. Still not fixed

I absolutely love living in this community! The team is always kind and so engaging, they are constantly trying to grow and improve. If there was anything they could improve on it would be the grills.
