Good apartments but lots of add on fees out of nowhere. Also lots of minor issues from previous tenants. But a good place to live for decent price and feels safe

Overall good. One suggestion is that there could be more frequent maintenance of the gym.
The sanitizing wipes have been out for more than 2 weeks. Two machines are not functioning.

Amazing place to live! The location isn't too far or too close: it's all just right. I love the amenities and the leasing office has been very communicative since the beginning. Big thanks to Caitlyn and Manari for the warm welcomes and pro-active communication!

Nice complex overall. More expensive compared to similar apartments in the same neighborhood. Maintenance is good, but there are occasional noise issues, especially in the pool area. Gym is great, and we feel secure in general. HEB is 5 min away and Domain is 10 minutes to drive.
