Good but can improve, don’t like that the lounge area shuts down after hours. The area is clean and the dog park is pretty nice and the rent isn’t too expensive

Living here has been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and hassle-free. The management team is super responsive and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The amenities are top-notch—clean gym, beautiful pool, and great common areas. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Noise has never been an issue, and... the community feels safe and welcoming. Parking is easy, and the location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live! If you’re looking for an stress-free, comfortable, and high-quality living experience, I highly recommend Monterra .It truly feels like home!

Nice property, I like the gym, the dog park can be updated and cleaned, the ride-share lounge is convenient. Quiet little neighborhood never had an issue with crime. Walls are thin- so you’ll likely hear your neighbors especially if they have pets. Plenty of parking!
Star taken off for the dog park and think walls.

maintenance is amazing and the front office is pretty quick to respond. no real complaints living here after almost 2 years and we will probably stay here for a while

Overall, a pretty nice apartment with nice amenities and spacious apartments but had trouble with leasing office with over charging on fees sometimes
