Avoid for Roaches and Flooding

Ive lived here for 5 months and have had roaches the entire time. They sent a contracted exterminator that told me maintenance would have to fill the holes in the apartment to stop them from coming in. They have not. The flooding caused mold. Avoid avoid avoid.

If you like to be treated like a number....

If you like to be treated like a number this apartment complex is for you. I am a newly single mom of three kids trying to escape an abusive marriage and make it on my own. Except for the first two months I paid my rent on time. I did not complain about the Cockroaches that we're always in my apartment or the mess maintenance would leave after they fixed something. When I was late with rent the 2nd month i was charged late fees for not paying my late fees. I explained my circumstances with... child support payments coming in and asked for a little bit of leniency but was granted none. Now my rent has been raised 33% of my original lease rate which I can't afford. I asked for some leniency in paying that extra $400 hours since my divorce was finalized in a couple weeks and I will then hopefully have the money. They responded to me not using my name but using a number making the whole situation even more colder than it already was. There are several other tenants whose rent was not raised that much but for some reason we are all treated differently. They were again unable to grab me any leniency and we just start tacking on late fees for not paying late fees on top of not being able to pay the 33%increase in rent. There's a lot of other options out there I suggest trying somebody different.

Best location in Austin

The neighborhood is quiet and the tree-lined streets are wide. You can walk or ride a bike to the best grocery stores, restaurants, and greenbelts. This location allows access points to two major highways and you are only ten minutes from downtown. My apartment is chic, with high ceilings, crown molding, and an open floor plan where I can pretty much see the TV from three different rooms. The best part of living here is the property owned hiking trail and jogging track, its a beautiful setting... and a nice place to call home.

We moved down from Illinois. For the first place to live in Texas, we are glad we lived here. The management, is, nice. But not dependable. The location is good for two people working in two different locations in Austin. I would recommend living here for all - more for college students though! :-)
