The Verandah Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way! The pricing here is incredible for the quality, and the team is top-notch. When we came in for a tour, Parker went above and beyond—he was so thorough and made sure we not only got the best deal but also felt completely confident in choosing The Verandah as our new home. On move-in day, Tatiana made the experience even better. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly. Parker in the office was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Seems that the maintenance team isn't as onto of things. I asked for a few things to be addressed before move in and none of them were done. They are making accommodations now but, I wished it had been done before move in like asked.

I’ve been at The Verandah almost 2 years. It has been difficult getting to know the office staff because it changes as quick as musical chairs. For the majority of 2 years, the gate into the community has been broken leaving the. Immunity less secure. We’ve had garage break ins, vehicles stolen off the lot and vehicles with smashed windows and stolen articles. The pools stay green more than they are clear for swimming. The entire community needs a fresh coat of paint and cleanup. My mail... has been stolen from the box.

The complex is generally quiet and the residents are friendly. The pricing is great for the room you get. The gym, pool, and gates frequently have issues though
