I’ve lived here for a few years now and multiple management companies and the same issues are still going on. The pools aren’t always the cleanest. The trash cans are literally always overflowing and the trash bins overflow with dirty doggy bags. There is no fitness center; all the machines, free weights and the one smith machine doesn’t work and are extremely outdated. The worst thing is that there are never any sanitizing wipes so unless you take your own, I’m pretty sure the equipment is not... being cleaned. The previous management team would power wash the walk ways and stairway walls and doors from time to time. Now everything is covered in debris and bird poop. I do love the area. That’s all about what I love living here.
