Roaches EVERYWHERE!

I just moved in 3 days ago, and I can't move back out fast enough! The place was not clean at all. I had to scrub the kitchen counters and clean out a refrigerator and freezer filled with dead gnats and roach eggs myself, and guess what I found as I tried cleaning for 4 hours? Roaches. Plenty of them! I wondered if it was just me, but another tenant confirmed that they had the exact same issue and it hadn't been improved the entire time that they were there. Imagine living in a place where, no... matter how many times the pest control that you're paying for (whether you want to or not) comes and sprays, the roaches just never stop showing up. a few new ones every day and a lot more every night. In random places. Don't lie on the floor for too long, a roach may crawl over your face. I tried to speak to a manager, and they told me to come back the next day because the manager and assistant manager were both out of the office all day Monday. I came back Monday, and they told me to come back Wednesday because the assistant manager never made it in and the manager was busy in a meeting for the next 3 hours! Do I want to drive 40 minutes from where I was trying to relocate from just to speak to the manager and see about getting my lease terminated so I can find somewhere that is habitable? I would prefer not to make three 40-minute drives of it in the same week! That's for sure. And why do I have to keep driving there? Because no one answers the phone. I've called 5 times since I was about to move in and after I moved in and no one answers the phone. You just get a message saying the line is not connected or some nonsense. Then, when I told the people at the front desk, they gave me the same number that I called earlier and said that the line works. I called it, and after a minute, the woman right in front of me answered the phone. In other words, if we aren't right in front of your face watching you watch the phone ring, you won't pick it up. They just pretend to care, but they all know that none of them would ever live in any of those apartments. That's a great question to ask moving forward, "Do you live here? Which apartment are you in?" Usually, you get free rent if you work for an apartment complex. So, if you still choose not to live there, that must be saying a lot about the quality of the complex!

Old pictures, mice, roaches, spiders, and broken gates

I have lived in this property for almost 10 years, and have seen it fall into disarray. This property is poorly maintained. Tenants pay for pest control, but the community is riddled with rats, mice, roaches, and spiders. The breezeways haven't been cleaned in years. The pictures on some of these pages are at least 7 years old, before the leasing office burned down. The gates are broken more than they are working, leaving the property open, and unsafe. Several of the residents have porch cameras... facing the gates. Over the course of 2.5 years, or all of the gates have been working for 29 days. Not even a full month! The property is fast to tow paying tenants' vehicles, with visible parking tags, but the parking lot and parking bays are falling apart, literally rusting away. "Construction", has been taking years. Your water turns off at the most random times for hours on end. If the poor conditions, lack of safety, and poor management is any indication, this apartment complex does not care for their tenants. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Be careful of Rats/Mice issue in the community!

We moved here 2 months back into one of the renovated unit. The community is not clean and It is not maintained well!

We had rat issue in our apartment. Every night it used to mess up our kitchen and eat everything that is kept overnight. It would even eat out the carpet/wood to enter into our home. Its not just one or two mice/rats. There's a family of them. We gave complaint about this to leasing office. Christian put up the glue traps and it caught one in the boiler room. But after that,...
same episodes continued to happen and we found 2 more in the same boiler room. This time they were caught by the traps that are kept by the pest team. And we gave up on this apartment as it is health hazard and mental stress to live with rats. We moved out of the apartment a week back. Previous Manager understood and helped us in moving out. We had to go through the whole headache of this issue and now they charge us a cleaning fee for staying there for a month when we moved out of the apartment keeping everything neat & tidy!

NOPE. DONT DO IT

Everything is old and nasty. No one comes to fix anything when you call, all they do is take pictures and "document it". they don't fix anything. Mold is growing everywhere, A/C units spread black dust everywhere, even when the filters are new. The gates are always broken and property gets damaged all the time.
