Urban East is an up and coming property. It has prime location for all your basic needs and entertainment. The building is clean and the people are quiet and friendly. Rent is reasonably priced. The staff is always on top of things, which I appreciate the most.

Nice place but the homeless is out of control. They are on property everyday and sleeping on residential patios

I regret to say that my experience at this new apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I moved in, it has been one issue after another. The problems began with homeless people gaining access to the trash chutes, creating a concerning and unsanitary environment.

Additionally, the construction delays were incredibly frustrating, forcing me to settle for a unit different from the one I initially leased. However, the cherry on top of this disastrous experience has... been the management’s complete incompetence and disregard for residents’ concerns.

Despite numerous attempts to contact them for updates on various issues, they consistently dodge calls and display an appalling level of unresponsiveness. When confronted about these issues, they become combative and argumentative, even raising their voices at residents who are simply seeking updates on important matters.

I have been trying to obtain even the slightest bit of information for three long months, but to no avail. The lack of communication and professionalism from the management team is utterly unacceptable and has made living in this complex a living nightmare.
