Pleasant Experience

I was a 10 month resident at The Violet and I absolutely loved the experience mostly because the staff. The front office staff (Paula and Angela I think) are extremely laid back and patient. They always have a pleasant demeanor and are extremely customer centric at all times.

When I had maintenance issues. Steve was always there to help out promptly. He is an extremely hard worker and very dependable. He's also really friendly and has a pleasant demeanor.

I would highly recommend staying...
here if this price range is what your looking for because the staff make your money well spent.

Newly upgraded 1 bedroom

I just moved into a 575 sq. ft. One bedroom apartment for myself and my dog. The complex is working on renovations and my unit is one of the first completed. The apartment is beautiful! Neutral walls, gray granite countertops, dark wood cabinets, black appliances, fireplace, sliding glass doors open to a large porch area, central A/C and decent water pressure. The community laundry area is spacious and clean. There are always empty parking spaces. The community is quiet and the residents are... diverse- families, students, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an option to power electricity by wind. The internet provider in the area is time warner. Pet friendly. ... That's about all I can think of. So far I absolutely love it.
