I love my apartment here at Ventana Oaks. The staff have been polite and helpful if I have needed assistsnce. The maintenance workers have been polite when they come to my apartment. The property is kept clean and I love the way the it comes to life in the evenings with the children outside playing, and adults taking walks around the complex. Ventana Oaks takes me back to the way neighborhoods were in the 70's, I like living here very much.

The complex is beautiful in its landscaping and nature, occupants are frequently outside enjoying fresh air, kids play outside in grassy areas with friends after school. The apartments that have been renovated are beautiful, though a bit of a mess was left by the renovators. The office staff is incredibly sweet and helpful.

So far everything has been good since I’ve moved in. I have come across a few issues but, the staff has been very understanding and kind and listens to concerns and tries to accommodate within reasons.

Community is good. Amenities could be better. Rest all looks good. Little hustle on rules put by community office. But over all i could say it is a decent community to stay.

I’ve lived here 6 1/2 years now. I’ve really enjoyed it, love the size of my apartment and I’m planning on renewing my lease . Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is friendly.
