First, I love my new apartment. Location is fantastic. However...Management was not helpful when moving in. As if I was bothering them by asking questions, or needing assistance on what would be the closest point for loading into the building. Getting in and out is very complicated. They use an app that is way too complicated to manage in using into the many, many entrance points. If you leave your phone in apartment you're out of luck. And with no one is around? Well, you can't get into the... building! A security app that is way over thought and difficult.

My building is nice! It’s clean & the people living here are really friendly! Elevator works which is good. Parking is fair, the dog park is fair too

Overall good community and location, but not a fan of the change in management. Maintainence for apartment issues are usually prompt, but there is not good communication about apartment wide issues like the butterfly door bein broken and the car thefts.
