The front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The response time for work orders is usually pretty good and the complex is always clean.

Love my apartment and the community is well kept. On top of the location,ade it perfect for me. Just wished the lights worked in the walk ways in the buildings.

I have been at VATR for the past 9 years and I love it here. The maintenance crew are great, and the staff members are great. The grounds are clean and tidy, it is very quite and I feel very safe.

Maintenance is really fast and the front office is nice. They offer cute apartment gatherings for the residents that I enjoy. Love that they keep the residents up to date on day to day activities.
