I live in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment in the north east side of Austin Texas. For the size of my apartment I cannot complain about the price We pay $960 a month for about what I believe to be 1200 ft.² even though my apartment is located on the bad side of town it's very conveniently located and in the city as congested as the roadways our location as always is very important We are close to elementary junior high and high schools shopping and restaurants or desperately needed .... Or apartments have no dishwashers no garbage disposal's . We have no clubhouse for use our swimming pool is always closed our dumpster always overfull and trash all around it .I would not recommend these apartments to anyone who's not in a desperate situation
