Management has been great to work with. Cindy was especially a tremendous help with helping me find my new apartment. Waterloo Flats will be my new ho m e starting in the end of February.

The leasing people were patient with me & very friendly my experience with the apartment it could’ve been better it was dirty & not cleaned before I moved in & outlets don’t work my washer & dryer isn’t connected to anything as well as my dishwasher
