Two and a half years down and I’m still happy in my tiny apartment. AC has worked all summer and hot water and pressure have been a dream. We even got blackout screens to help with the sun heating up the apartments. Been blessed with great neighbors too.
You can’t beat the location or the price. Management really stepped up their game over the last year and the maintenance staff is very pleasant to work with.

I have mainly enjoyed living here. Excellent location and generally responsive staff. Maintenance requests take some time to be addressed but eventually gets done.
Laundry (W/D) machines are constantly malfunctioning and unavailable to the many residents that need to use their onsite laundry rooms. Definitely the biggest pain of living here.
Aside from that, it is a great place to live in.
