Everyone here is just absolutely amazing! When i didn’t turn on my AC, maintenance came to check on me and make sure I am alright and the ac works, everyone in the office is amazing, the property is clean, well kept, communication is great and the people who live here awesome. It feels like home and I can’t imagine myself ever wanting to move. I have lived in many places and Avendale is the best in every way. You will feel so welcome here

Beautiful Community
This is a new community in the Colony, not your traditional apartments all individual homes, I love my new home. It is a must see especially if you work close by and looking for a luxurious home. Tesla, Boring company approved
