The storage closet is located on the outside of your unit, which fits a full-size washer and dryer. For the 900sq ft the bedrooms are located on each end of the apartment with your laundry room on the inside of the apartment. You may also feel free to decorate your patio area with patio furniture and plants to make this your home. Our community offers excellent maintenance. Put in a work order early enough and it will be done the day you call. We also offer after hours emergency maintenance. Our maintenance staff will get right to you! Our community has uncovered parking with plenty of spaces to park by your apartment. Our beautiful sparkling pool is located behind the office for you to come enjoy at your leisure; soak up some sun, take a swim or just to read a book. Been living here for a while now and like it a lot. The people at the office are efficient and nice. Maintenance does a great job. And the location of the complex makes a great work commute for anyone with it being close to the highway.

I LOVE MY NEW HOME

Let me tell you all something! If you want top of the line customer service you need to make this your new home. If you want a CLEAN SAFE place to raise your children you need to make this your home. I am probably one of the most picky people you will meet when it comes to apartment standards. My new home was and is flawless my neighbors are so quiet I forget I have them. The grounds are absolute phenomenal not one piece of trash. Also Ms. Jordan is a treasure she answered any of my questions... and concerns with grace and she assured me if I had any issues she would address them. I see her going places in this industry she does her job very well and her job is NOT easy! I also met Ms. Joanna briefly and she was very welcoming. The office is so inviting. If your sick of sloppy apartment living come to a community who takes PRIDE in where they live! WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME!
