I just moved her about 2 months ago and love it. The apartment is spacious and the vinyl flooring goes perfect with my furniture. Office and maintenance have been quick to fix any issues that I had. A little more than I intended to spend but definitely worth the price.

I moved into these apartments about a week before Christmas and I'm very happy with my decision. I have a small upstairs apartment which has met my needs and I especially like the kitchen with the new appliances. My neighbors have also been friendly and outgoing. I had an issue with the toilet running and management addressed this very quickly. They also helped run some cables beneath the carpet to accommodate my home work needs. I'm very glad that I choose Amherst Apartments!

I moved into these apartments about a week before Christmas and I’m very happy with my decision. I rented a small upstairs apartment that meets my needs and I especially like the kitchen with the new appliances. I had an issue with the toilet (it kept running), but management addressed this problem very quickly. In addition, they sent someone to lift the carpet so that I could run computer cables for my work-related projects. My neighbors have also been very friendly and outgoing. Overall,... I’m grateful that I moved to the Amherst Apartments!

I have had continued maintenance issues since living here that have not been resolved. Pet owners dont pick up dog poop. No community events. Tenants do not socialize with you.

We also send out a monthly news letter with a calendar of events of our local area and community events.
