Do not live here! It has cockroaches all over, appliances keep breaking down, they’ll charge you random fees all the time and the manager is super rude. You can easily find better place to live in similar price.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
The apartments are dirty and falling apart. The wifi sucks and according to the tech. they would need to rewire the whole building. I was constantly having to turn in work requests. The front office is misleading and unhelpful. I never write these review, please do not move there no matter how cheap it is!!!

Loved living Here
Staff was always friendly and took care of every need. I've been gone for several years now and called for information and dates. They helped me without any hesitation. The location of this place is also amazing.

Unsafe, poorly managed and maintained
TL;DR: Gun violence is rampant at this place. The units are terribly maintained. A/C is literally a window unit shoved up into the ceiling. Maintaince requests aren't scheduled with the tenant; they just show up whenever. Literally no one picks up after their dogs.
I've lived here for nearly a year and there have been 3 incidents with gun violence that brought on the cops (i believe a couple of people died from these shootings). Outside of these incidents, which you can probably find somewhere... on kbtx, I've personally been threaten with a firearm TWICE (by two separate people).
As far as the units are concerned, they are terribly maintained. The shared amenities are also not maintained well (though they keep the pool tidy). Overall just a terrible place to live. Not worth how cheap it is.

Shady business
positives: close to campus, the rents are relatively cheaper, for now (but you get what you pay for) Negatives: Not safe, there have been a couple of shootings in the last few years. Be ware of the thin walls and poor sealing. If your bedroom window opens to the college main street do not expect to be able to sleep specially on the weekends (very noisy in the middle of the night). The temp staff are nicer. But I had a couple of very unpleasant interactions with the main staff (very impolite). It... does not matter how nice you clean out the apartment, they will still find something small and overcharge you for that. You think you are paying less but at the end of the lease they try to make up that money by overcharging you. There is a made-up admin fee at the end of the lease too, so no matter what they will charge you with that. They failed to tell me about it before I signed the lease.
