DO NOT STAY HERE

Stay away from this apartment. My experience here has been an absolute nightmare, filled with relentless maintenance issues that are ignored for weeks or even months. Imagine living with leaking ceilings, broken lights, cockroaches infesting every corner, a moldy, stinking dishwasher, a clogged sink that never drains, a broken dryer, chipped floors, and a front door that barely seals, inviting even more bugs inside. Every one of these issues has been reported repeatedly, yet nothing has been... resolved. This place is a disaster, and the management couldn’t care less. There are far better apartments with maintenance teams that actually respond to tenants’ needs. Don’t make the mistake of moving here; find somewhere you’ll be treated with respect and your home actually cared for.

Don’t live here

Do not live here. It is my first and last year living here. I would NEVER resign to live here again. I have had issues literally since move in day. I didn’t have a desk chair or night stand (should be included during move-in) for the first 3 months of living here. Dishwasher and stove top were broken, lights were out. They did not clean up after the last person who had my room because there was actual dried food under the bathroom sink. They take MINIMUM 2 weeks to respond to maintenance... requests. The office brushes off every problem you bring up to them and doesn’t actually deal with anything. They over charges me? That’s not their fault because utilities are through a 3rd party. The mandatory visitor parking lot that is in the move in packet? I was informed today that they don’t use it so guests can park anywhere they want. I have not gotten to park close to my own home in almost 2 weeks which is a major safety concern. Oh and don’t let them catfish you like they did me. The furniture in the show room is not what I received. And they lied to me about how much I would be paying monthly for the year. They practically never answer the phone. There has been more issues throughout the past 7 months, it’s one thing after another, but those are the main things. I would Never ever ever recommend someone to live here.

Hated living here

Gross and ugly apartment, incompetent staff. There was a giant roach welcoming me here. The dishwasher broke and got moldy too.

Not worth it.

As others have said, the maintenance is incompetent. You have to make several requests to get your issue resolved. The management also doesn't seem to care about residents - the renovation forced many tenants to move to another room. I had to move back to my room again after renovation because they don't have any 1/1 rooms available and can't let me live in 2/2 room just for a few additional weeks before I move to another apartment complex. Since they are not leasing the 2/2 room to anyone, it... makes no difference whether I live in 2/2 or 1/1 room, but they just won't let it happen.

They had tried to raise the rent at the time for renewing in January, but decided to make a large discount for current residents in spring. I'm not surprised at all that many decided not to renew their lease.
