Gateway at College Station has been a great place to live as a student. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and fully furnished, which made settling in so easy. The amenities are a big plus—having two pools, a fitness center, and study rooms on-site has been super convenient. It’s close to campus and right on the shuttle route, so getting to classes is a breeze. I also like that the leasing is individual, which takes the pressure off when it comes to rent. Overall, it’s been a great... experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good balance of comfort and convenience.

I have been living at Gateway at College Station for the past three months, and it's been a positive experience, especially for those seeking a budget-friendly option. The property offers great amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and courts for basketball and volleyball. Also It's situated near popular eateries like McDonald's and Chipotle.Additionally, the property has excellent access to Texas A&M University via bus route 36.

The community engagement activities are very nice such as volleyball. Small events like sodabar matter a lot as it gives a good sense of belonging. And the staff, it cannot be more helpful.
