The rise has been super nice! Apartments are nice and front desk have always been extremely nice as well. Hallways always smell nice and are clean.

The Rise at Northgate is a great property, close to campus and the management is very responsive and helpful. The property is fairly quite and academic-oriented. Love living here!

I live on the 7th floor of the rise and I am often woken up in the middle of the night by loud people on the pool deck or by people dropping weights in the weight room below that shake the entire floor. I’m also woken up just about every morning because they decide to play music at 7 in the morning really loud that I cannot sleep in. As a light sleeper my experience at the rise the entire semester has been awful. Moving on there always seems to be an elevator that is broken. So if you want to... catch an elevator on your way to class, good luck. You’ll be waiting for probably about 10 minutes so might as well take the stairs. Lastly, the entire layout of the Rise sucks. Each bedroom and bath are designed completely different and are not proportional.
