Not recommended at all! They are nice to you when you move in, but they will eat all of your deposits when you move out( I wished I can attach the move out deposit here to show how ridiculous it is) they will ask you to pay additional charges that were not listed on the contract at all and they just simply name the prices to ask you to pay. When you questioned them why that price, the property manager would say there is nothing you can negotiate. Worse customer service that I have ever seen. If... My husband and I have loved living here the past 7 months and just renewed our lease for the next year! The office staff is so genuinely kind and always willing to help (even helped me send a fax when I didn't know how) - they make living here so enjoyable! It's an older complex but they have kept it up very nicely, they are quick to respond to any emails and questions, and maintenance issues have always been quickly resolved. Treehouse is such a great place to call home!

I have lived here for about 7 months now and am loving it so far. It seems like a quiet community which I really like and it is right next to campus. The apartments are dated, but you can definitely make them feel homey and nice. The management has been great to me so far, so no problems there. I have had some issues with my AC but every time I put in a maintenance request someone comes out within a couple of hours and management has not given me a hard time about it at all. I was nervous about... not having a washer/dryer in my apartment but the laundry facilities that the complex provides are very nice, clean and cheap! Also, I have seen other comments about how the internet doesn’t work but I haven’t had any problems with that either. I moved in here due to the location and it being pet friendly. I am glad I did. The apartments are older but everything works and the rent is reasonable. Its a great place for students or anyone who works on campus.
