WARNING: the value of these apartments have went down tremendously they are absolutely not worth the price at all!! Major problems with these apartments that they are not safe, the gates are broken multiple times throughout the year and the leasing office moves with no sense of urgency. Two cars were vandalized because the gates were broken and OPEN for an entire week and a half which led to two residents cars being vandalized! Although the office was noted of the problem it took two weeks to... get the gate fixed even AFTER residents stated safety concerns. In addition, although there are elevators they brake at minimum once a month and stay like that for an entire week which is unfortunate for those who are disabled and can’t get to or from their residence due to the issue of the elevators always breaking. Lastly, the delivery drivers in this area are so inconsiderate and will leave mail out letting thief’s have access to others packages. Have rented since 2017. We’ve had 3-4 different management since we’ve lived here. Parking is horrible! Front office does nothing about it. Rent is going up and no upgrades to apartment.

Office has no accountability for any issues its someone else fault or yours, they will continually screw up paper work, payments, rent you parking spot to someone else, headache after headache after headache.
