Love living at The Madison. Office staff is so nice and helpful. Maintenance is fantastic! The apartment is built very well and the amenities are great. The only negative is that they’re new and not on all maps yet so for delivery or ride share you have to be very detailed.

The community is so welcoming and the application process was so fast and easy with the help from Jessica and everyone at the front office!! It’s so cozy and quiet here! We absolutely love this place and my dog loves it just as much maybe even more!

It’s been a pleasure living at the Madison at City Place. My apartment and grounds are well maintained and it’s very peaceful! The amenities are awesome and the office staff are always quick to respond to my question and inquiries.

I have never felt more at home than I do here at The Madison at City palace , between the amazing staff and clean Dog park- it has been a dream the past few months
