Nice apartment
Rent for 1 year lease no complains. Management was responsive to request I made. Clean an bright. Lots of parking and storage was ok for my things.

Older buildings
The kitchen is small but the bedrooms are a nice size. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and it works for my family of 4. They keep the property clean and the maintenance people are quick to respond.

Peachtree Apartments
It's a quiet are, but the apartments are old and have many many cockroaches. The maintenance is a tad haphazard and my previous apartment with the same company took 9 months to do repairs. I've seen much better, but I've also seen far worse.
