Lived here now for 5 years through multiple property management teams. I have even referred over a dozen people to the property in the earlier days. The Amenities are top-notch-- most notably the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and steamroom. If you choose live here for amenity reasons only, then I get it. However, get ready for poor management from the top level. MANY people left specifically for this reason, which I finally am starting to understand.
Other concerns to be aware of: only 4... elevators serving the building and two of those are used for freight (imagine the traffic when one or more elevators are down), several instances all elevators will be down (imagine the handicapped residents when you live on the 10th / 20th floor), rain water leaking through windows, water causing *mold* damage to belongings, and getting feed for everything thinkable.
That being said, I do enjoy the front desk staff and maintenance very much. The overriding issue residents have stems from the top.

I was stuck in elevator for over an hour. Elevators are constantly broken. My car was stolen from garage. The leasing staff was rude and unhelpful. They withheld footage of the theft for over a month and would not let me out of my lease despite my friends family and girlfriend all refusing to visit bc they felt unsafe in the building

The leasing agent I signed with lied to me about my ability to have people over and throw pool parties. This was the main driving factor behind me signing my lease at the Ardan. But when I made this complaint to the new leasing agent they said they didn't care and that I was lying to them. Super unhappy with the Ardan team and my experience so far. If the amenities weren't so nice I would have moved out in my first week when my apartment flooded and I was given the choice to move without a... fee.

Maintenance is quick and efficient, which I really appreciate. Also, the all-around staff in the building is efficient and accommodating. Plus I always feel safe as a woman who lives alone, specifically because of security and the process of getting into the building via the concierge.
