Not only are these apartments nice inside and out, but it is located where i could commute on the bus ,which was what i was looking for.

Will not do repairs
They will not make repairs. The air/heating is blowing toxic mold that started in December there has not been a inspection of the air conditioning unit to this day. I have to use a small heater to keep warm. The mold fumes made me very ill. I like the location have lived here several years and never had a problem if something needed repairs until now.

We have sent professional cleaners, and other maintenance services and they have inspected and corrected all of the repairs... you've listed. We are also installing a new oven in your residence. Beware......
"Model" has zero bearing on what your actual apartment will look like condition wise. Pool is listed as amenity, barely open month & couple weeks a year. Car is not safe in parking lot. Move in conditions deplorable.

Timber rock apt
No problem with were I live but I do need new appliances would love to have these things
