You're paying for what you get. Great location in DFW.
Very friendly neighbors, great management, work orders get taking care in a timely manner. I will say there is a MICE & Rat problem. My neighbor next to me moved out due to having mice and rats running through the wall. I did have them also, but I spent money out of my own pocket to get things to keep them away. Management only had a person come by and out sticky paper around my unit and didn't keep them away.

Great Complex!
I have lived at Chase Crossing for seven months and have no complaints. The office staff know me by sight, if not name, and are always responsive to my needs; maintenance is timely. Neighbors are friendly. The apartment itself is comfortable and truly feels like home; if it wasn't for the lack of a washer and dryer, I would likely stay for significantly longer than my current plan. Chase Crossing is the best complex I have ever lived at, and that includes spaces that are newer and more expensive... .

Best Place!!!
I love everything about Chase Crossing! The management staff is awesome and very pet friendly; my dog and I often go in the office for visits and doggie treats. The maintenance staff is also wonderful; very friendly and time efficient. I love the apartment set up; the fireplace, having hardwood and carpet, having a town home floor plan, and the big balcony. And there is lots of storage space!!! It is a very quiet complex and easily accessible. If you don't get to know your neighbors, you... will certainly recognize them; this gives me comfort of mind so I feel safe. If you're looking for a place to live in Dallas, I highly recommend Chase Crossing!!!

I lived there for more than 3 years. At beginning they seemed nice (management) but after a while they just care about the money without any consideration for other things. The apt.s are old, the price keeps increasing without any external/internal renewals. Also, my door lock was changed before my lease was expired just cuz I wasn't there anymore for last month of my leasing contract; my friend who had the keys couldn't go inside the apt before turning the keys to them. Of course, they said... that she had to call maintenance at night and figure out why mysteriously the door couldn't be opened. In addition, they charged me for cleaning the oven (that I cleaned with a friend as the rest of the apt.) 45$.
