I really hate being negative and leaving bad reviews, but I just have to say something here. Please DO NOT live here! The front desk people are super kind, but that doesn’t make up for the terrible quality of this place. There is never any hot water for me to use, particularly in the evenings and mornings. They use a shared boiler system here for the entire apartment, and since I live on the third floor, I just don’t get hot water if others are using it. Of course, I was never informed of any of... this before moving here (there are several unpleasant things I wasn’t informed of before signing my lease, but I don’t want this review to be too long) I literally go days without showering most times; I’m extremely stressed by this place! After leaving more than 5 maintenance requests and contacting code compliance, they’ve come to the conclusion that there’s nothing that can be done. Couple that with all the added “utility” bills they add on to my rent (which they explicitly told me before signing were already included in the rent), the amenities advertised on their website that turned out to not be included, this place is just so sketchy and I really regret moving here. If you can help it, I’d highly advise to look elsewhere. I’m just counting the days till my lease ends so I can flee from this place!

Do not lease here
In my experience as a resident AND leasing agent here at this property I would tell anyone to live under a bridge before leasing here or with Paul’s corp. This property is run down with roaches EVERYWHERE. Some of the buildings had rodents residents were complaining about. Holes in walls behind fridges were mounds of roaches were coming into a an occupied unit where someone stayed. This Managment company is NOT for residents. The property manager changed FOUR times in the span of 8 months. The... renovations they claim to have done are cheap and poorly finished and rushed! Oh and those washers and dryers aren’t full sized so don’t get behind on laundry and only certain units have new washers/dryers the rest are old and look disgusting on the outside and inside. These apartments are a rip off and a scam. The leasing office staff from the assistant Down to the leasing and whatever next property manager are rude and inconsistent. They had people staying here that did not have a lease signed between the Managment company, or the tenant that they were wrongfully trying to evict. I hate I ever leased to anyone here at the property I didn’t know how extremely run down it was until I was offered a position in the leasing office. I wasn’t one to keep quiet about the things I seen and the foul play taking place, and because I too was a resident at the time of employment I felt whole heartedly what some of these Residents dealt with. These apartments were initially made for senior citizens only. Even the largest one bed available is still extremely small. Please save yourself the heartache, headache, and legal fee money and lease elsewhere. Paul’s corp is a HORRIBLE Managment company.

Office screens calls and won’t pick up for residents they don’t want to talk to. Very hard to get a hold of. Also now running a super shady towing rule and cars are getting towed left and right for no reason.

Towing
It so sucks I have to write this review as up to this point my stay has been amazing, but I had both my car and truck towed for no reason. Both of them were registered to the apartment and both were towed on different days for no registration. I had to pay 170 dollars to get my car out, and had to drive and get my truck out. Both the apartment complex and tow company have admitted they are in the wrong, yet neither of them would provide a solution besides "I'm sorry that happened". I am out of... pocket 170 dollars for something I did not do. This is very shady and unprofessional.

Okay
First off, the previous comment was correct but I will give a 2 star for poor communication. My apartment was delayed too and parts of it dented with brown trims around the floor perimeter. Besides that, they keep the apartment clean on the outside, the upgraded units look better even though they do not complete the upgrade neatly, and landscaping is done every week.
Secondly, why is the Utility bill for a one bedroom apartment $88 for last month and $111 for this month? What will it be for the... upcoming months? This is only my 3rd month here. I asked the leasing office and was told the Utility bill comes from the City of Dallas and there is a leak.
1. Are the residents responsible for the leak? 2. Are the residents being charged more than they should be paying? 3. Should this be reported as Fraud, Waste, and Abuse?
I asked the question about the Utility bill on the resident/community wall and Claro Court Apartments did not post my comments on the wall. They went ahead to disable the feature that sends daily email updates of what was posted on the Community wall.
My questions have not been answered and I want to hear from the community about this.
The Utility statement from RealPage clearly states “This bill is not from Atmos energy or City of Dallas TX”.
