Run away! The pictures aren’t accurate, this apartment is dirty and loud. Elevators don’t work, neighbors play music so loud the walls shake, I have to wear earplugs to sleep because I can hear my upstairs neighbor stomping around after midnight. Don’t bother submitting a noise complaint, the office just closes requests without taking action. If they say they are “looking into it” nothing will ever happen. I’m finally almost out of here and I would never wish a complex like this for anyone!!

Don't Do It
No security, so you must have a ring doorbell. No money in the budget, so you cannot get anything fixed No communication Staff is never here, and no one knows what is going on The property is being sold Please ask to see other floors and not just the one floor they take you on. The floors and walls are dirty - common areas Roaches and Bugs Water does not work properly Roof is falling apart, all top apartments have water leaks Residents smoke (legal and illegal) I could go on......

STAY AWAY
If I can give 0 stars I would. First, they will offer you a gift card to reel you in and won’t give it to you for months. You will have to really fight for that gift card that’s supposedly a “gift” from them. The office manager kicked my partner and I out of her office for asking about the water bill & the $1,000 overcharge on our rent. We’ve been here for six months and every month we have an issue with miscellaneous fees. They also charge you a fee for paying your rent. If you do decide to... move here make sure you look through your lease so they don’t overcharge you on water/ other bills because that’s what they will do. They were also charging camera fees for 4 months but they weren’t even on. They also tried to charge a trash fee that’s included in the rent already and because we didn’t pay it they send a eviction notice. This is the WORST APARTMENT. They will act very nice to you before you move in and during inquiry; but once you move in they will not treat you this same way. Also there is a HUGE infestation with water bugs. They’re in the elevators, apartments, hallways, and come out of the sink?? When I first moved here there was a lady in the office complaining that there were many water bugs on her bed I should’ve took that as a red flag and took my money to another apartment. Also I’d like to note that we are very clean and keep the apartment neat and tidy at all times. Any apartment run by S2 to capital do not move there. You can call them and complain and they will literally do nothing. The only good thing about this apartment was how helpful the maintenance crew was.

Things we wish we knew before moving in
All buildings have issues when you are living next to strangers but if the admin team could address these issues the building would actually be great.
1.There are three sets of elevators. Ask to use the one closest to your unit. Otherwise they only will show the ones by the lockers. The other two seem rather unsafe with no proper lighting or security cameras. 2. There are only hardwood floors in the non-upgraded units. Ask to see/compare the other setups so you get what you signed up for 3.... The building does NOT have a fitness center. It seems they tore it down to build a lounge that is now only open during business hours. 4. If you want to work out you have to join Planet Fitness. The "discount" is just a waived enrollment fee. 5. The gate for the "gated community" hasn't consistently worked for at least the past year. Also there is no call box at the gate so when it does work you have to walk to gate to let your guests in. 6. They rent out some units as AirBNBs so you never know who might be partying on your floor. 7. They are in need of good management and struggle to properly staff their office. Always seems understaffed and stressed out. 8. The parking lot and common areas need security cameras. They added brighter lights which are helpful. 9. The hallways need to be better lit like the parking lots. 10. Almost every time there is a storm one half of the building's electricity goes out. Not for long, but rather frustrating. They need better backup generators. 11. The garbage room has been locked for over a year straight so you will see garbage piled up by the door and the main doors. It's nasty and embarrassing.

A couple of points we would like to address immediately are that there are also hardwood floors in our renovated units as well as our classic units. Our property does not have any... affiliation with AirBNB or any other similar service. Our team has reached out to a 3rd-party vendor to fix our gates and hope to have that done in the near future. LOOK AWAY
Very unprofessional, nothing was in order for me to actually move in the unit they said they don’t have a copy of mailbox keys for me , so many faults in the actual unit, and worse of all it was completely infested just so yourself a favor and keep looking
